Found it very useful for my needs. Great selection, and l love everything I've tried! I usually get annoyed with cookbooks because they have complicated ingredients or instructions, and I honestly despise cooking, but this has been really user friendly.

Love this cookbook!!! I don't write reviews often, and I don't have a lot of time to cook. The recipes in this book are easy, with seldom more than 5 steps, and are tasty! Just what I was looking for.

I’m on day 5 now and I just have to say that the Creamy Roasted Veg and Avocado Fries Salad was amazing! I mean AMAZING! Plus I am amazed that I haven’t been hungry. I usually eat all day but this new way of eating has me feeling satisfied with only a couple meals a day. Fantastic!
